Means) I can't get the name of a supervisor or manager only rude and vague answers to my questions.

No sense of urgency for the customer. Positive note they are great at giving you the runaround

Depending on the state the MCO does not have the ability to cancel it. ALL information regarding eligibility is sent by the state.

If it was as simple as us being able to click that button, it would be done fast. Instead the state has to send the eligibility file.
