Poor customer service. My plan has been messed up since december 2015.

I have had my kids covered for many years, and so has my ex husband. So my kids have double coverage.

As of Dec 2015 they have been denying my daughters visits, and recently an emergency surgery. They do not have any issues with my sons coverage. I have been on the phone with them many times, for long lengths of time as well, and nothing, they said they would send a questionnaire out to me. I haven't received it.

I am at wits end.

Pay insurance premiums for what? problems!
