When they refused to transfer my prescription, I ran out of the medicine - great that they want to help with preventative health, they just don't want to honor a prescription to help achieve that. The other pharmacy was willing to do the transfer, but it was BCBS...

Anthem Blue Cross And Blue Shield - Not a Poor Mans Insurance

Blue Cross has always been a high charginging insurance. Small companies, if this is all they can offer being small. It can really put a damper on a choice between putting food on your table and paying rent. Not including the deductable, lack of where you can get meds. Seems like the little man is has no choices.

Anthem Blue Cross And Blue Shield - Tech support is literally non existent

Called about support for web/app access. An operator connected me via internal number claiming she could not provide actual number. I was connected to an automated menu. When i selected the option for my specific issue the menu simply said "thank you for calling, goodbye." I find it hard to believe that isn't the automatic function.
