I've been trying to contact someone since 6/29 regarding receiving a notice in the mail that my health coverage with you begins on 7/1/2024, member # 569W17394. I DID NOT APPLY FOR YOUR INSURANCE, I DO NOT WANT YOUR INSURANCE, and I will be consulting an attorney since this is the 6th time you have canceled my current UHC insurance since August of 2023!!!
You have caused me to lose $660 in extra help funds over that six month period, and all communications have resulted in countless hours of my time. Including, but not limited to, being on hold for 1 hour 53 mins 40 secs with no one answering my call.
I want to talk with someone IMMEDIATELY to DISENROLL from the Anthem BCBS Advantage Plan effective 6/29/2024, and my coverage with UHC to go retro-active.

- They denied 90% of claims.

In March of this year, Anthem decided to deduct $3,783.45 from my checking account, mind you this was for a monthl.ly premium of $6.69. Since then they have denied 90% of my claims.
I had to get the State of Connecticut Insurance Commissioner & AG involved.
Tomorrow I am seeing a group of Lawyers who have agreed to take my case on Contingency. Yeah, they are that certain that they will win.

I call the number in Facebook about get a benefits $2000 the lady that I talk too she ask me if I'm interested I said yes so she get my Medicare number and she keep ask all information about me then she tell me that she transfer me to Anthem BlueCross she didn't tell me about the Benefit that Anthem BlueCross have then i recieved today 6-20-24 the benefits card that I only have $ 85 for food,otc,utilities, I'm not crazy or stupid to change my LA CARE MEDICAL PLAN THAT THEY HAVE VERY GOOD BENEFITS $185 OTC, $65 FOOD AND UTILITIES, PLUS TRANSPORTATION SO I WANT TO KEEP MY INSURANCE LA CARE
